trail .... call the office, ask the procedures to track an email ....... ask the adjuster to contact everyone who e-mail route in his office , if still nothing , it will have to file a lost ... which unfortunately takes some time ... you can not be paid until this title, (some, the company I work ), but will ( in situations like this ) pay the person '' save '' the owner retains the amount until these things are received will then issue balance ( company retains rescue ) when all required documentation ... You can ask about this ... remember that you can get more bees with honey than vinegar ... the agent has to follow certain rules ....... and I think I want to close your claim and has been much more of what you do ...........
