I graduated in GA property and casualty insurance , so I know credit is used to help determine rates for auto and homeowners insurance , but is considered in the health insurance?

No - I think the current health medicine is a far more accurate predictor of future losses that credit . No one knows why the credit predicts future property / casualty losses very well , only that it does. MedlinePlus
