I am not a business. I have no liability insurance . if that is not covered by insurance ? I'm just doing a performance. Can not be profitable for someone to write a policy for a show . also not sure if I could do anyway. How should I proceed?

See if you can get an event liability policy . You will need to contact a local insurance agent to see if you can get a quote. Note that I'm not 100 % sure that this type of event can be covered by such policies . If you can not then I 'm afraid I might be SOL.

No.

1. If it is not cost-effective to get a policy, or you cannot get a policy, then you do not do the show there.

2. You proceed in one of three ways:
a. Get a policy.
b. Do the show somewhere else.
c. Do not do the show.
