I think - this is about uninsured motorist . You should be AC or sign a waiver that will be responsible if an uninsured motorist causes damage to your car. Something like that . Whatever it is , I think we probably should have. Otherwise, it is a circular hole of the insurance company pay out of your car.

I wish I could help, but I'm having the same problem at this time.
What led me to a clause in the sense, and now they are saying actually means are two different things, and of course to lose if not properly understood.
The best advice I can give is to check with your local Citizens Advice . They are trained for such things and usually have a legal expert . Best of all , the advice is free .
