I'm trying to report the stolen car because i havent received and the funds in 2 months, but has problems with Texas police department, which must or I can do?

Contact a detective! & O F.B.I. the to let them know you feel something "?" fe'lo -ni- OU .... Well , I'm not sure I could make a crime THIS ? ! But surely falls within the definition of a type of theft ! as in Grand Theft Auto ? ! .. Now you do not want to be held to blame for RIDES someomes happiness possible? ! Nope. There had been stolen. He gave it to them. This is called "voluntary separation" .

So good - gave someone your car to use! They were asked to make payments for you, and did not. Bummer .

You can not " let it take over payments " unless the lender agrees, in writing. Still the car is still your loan, and you're out of a car. I HOPE kept safe in it - because the owner is legally responsible for all damage that makes the car , while anyone driving. So yes , it can worsen . You have to make payments on this car. But you are the owner - you can go look , and take it back .
