when I went to my police report said they filed the report with no fault on my part. but the other party did not reach the station.
the person agree that he was at fault in the accident scene . but keep his word ? shud i call your insurance? or shud i call my own even though he is to blame ...

Call your co -insurance as well. They will call other accessories . co and keep the ball rolling. Others ins. co . must pay for their repairs . This is not to raise your rates. Good luck !

Of course, you should call your insurance company and report the accident, whether or not your fault . Unfortunately , your insurance is still going up, but not as much as you would if you were at fault .
