I enrolled in a note that briefly says I have to bear all costs incurred for the repair of a traffic accident. However, the note was not written by me, and there were no witnesses. I did not have a copy of the note.

I enrolled at the handwritten note , when still recovering from shock after the accident.

This note is a legally binding?

who signed for the union, but you can go to court and declare his side. there are things that could change the judges responding as ... Have things changed or was aware of the damage when you signed , what he / she is signing because you did not have insurance ? And tell them you were nervous and not mentally aware of everything that the note at the time and feel that may have been altered from the day . All that gives the judge the idea that a sign may have been under bad circumstances . Good luck and sorry about your accident.
