How old do you have to be to get trainers insurance?0lerato2012-06-30 09:37:12
I am soon (hopefully) going to own a wonderful TB horse at this private stable near my house, where my trainer works. I want to offer lessons to those who want (almost mini) lessons for a low price (im 14 years old) or help out my trainer in her lessons. I know i probably wouldnt need insurance to help her out, but if i wanted to give my own lessons to people, i would need insurance. The question is, am i too young to get trainers insurance?

Fitness trainers liability in home I do not own.?0valua patterson2012-08-12 05:24:03
I'm starting a personal training certification and was planning on doing outside my house where I live, or whether at home or gym . The question I have is that if I am "leasing" , this house I'm living is a problem? I 'm liability insurance , but keep the landlord from any liability if it so happens to be any ? and be right in that I am the master of my own business here? or am I suppose to contact the owner of the house before doing this to get approval ? I do not want to raise red flags if necessary. I do not know if any law, written or unwritten that a customer can go after the "owner" of the damage and not just me , or I 'm breaking the rules for the formation of a home I do not own technique. For what is the difference between me and have a trainging freind someone else?

What happens if my dog bites a person?0Teresa2012-07-03 18:03:03
Ok, so my 8 yr old Rottweiler snapped at a little girl in my home, he left two scratches on her face. Both healed within a week, no stitches or staples. Her parents were not at my house when the incident happened, her sister was suppose to be watching her but she was somewhere else in the house. My husband and I were in the backyard but it happened so fast we didn't have time to react. So now her parents are asking for the homeowners insurance info, the homeowner is my cousin. His homeowners insurance does not cover the dog. I have renters insurance, not sure if it covers the dog. So if neither of our insurances cover the dog what should we expect. I'm assuming they want to sue us.
