I had an accident last week and it was my fault . I'm in Florda and since I chose to take a course of divination that would not go to my record. My current insurance company knows about the accident. But if I switch to another company , how would answer questions if he had a ticket in the last 3/5 years. I had zero prior to this accident.

sincerely . The ticket can not be on your driving record , but insurance companies maintain a shared database . MedlinePlus Read the fine print of the application , so some may deny losses if they " discover" they lied .

If / when you switch companies , tell the agent what happened and ask how the questions should be answered . If you honestly reveal the answer to, and rely on their advice, you can not go wrong . They are the representatives of the insurance company selling to , and be honest with them means being honest with the company . MedlinePlus MedlinePlus It can not be used against you if the officer believes you can safely answer "no" to the question on the ticket . When asked specifically about an accident , I do not see how you can say no to that .....
