Well ... im 18, and desperately trying to register my car , your only 17 though, so GEICO and Progressive is not convenient for you. Trust me I know, and I live in New York, they want like $ 1,000 for the deposit and the bonus of somewhere around 4000 onwards , your best bet is to try a stock . Look around in the phone book , I'm sure to find a suitable .
