HARSHfromApnapaisa : All companies (including insurance companies nationalized ) have terms and conditions governing Mediclaim plans . the terms and conditions that should definitely be considered are secondary limits (eg , limited cargo room than 1% of the sum assured: this is there in most of the nationalized insurance companies in addition to a number also a few private companies ), co- payment (which means you pay for a portion of eligible expenses for hospitalization of pocket ) , delayed coverage of existing disease at the time of taking the policy for the first time since the insurance company , some diseases covered only after a few years and spending limits in some diseases such as cataracts, etc ... Companies also have different ages until you can renew the policy . So comparing all data before buying a policy - either nationalization or a private operator . This link may help you compare . http://www.apnainsurance.com/health-insurance-india/comparison.html ~ ~ V
