Doctor issued prescription for the wheelchair mothers. Request of the company now says it does not deal with Medicare insurance . Mother total cost billed to your CC. What resources can now be used

First, never to anything without checking if it works or not a provider of Medicare. There are many providers who work with Medicare and sell wheelchairs.
If the order was placed with the knowledge that the company refers to Medicare, then you have basically shot himself in the foot or any other claim against that company.
always - always - Read the fine print on documents.

You can try to

to file a claim directly with Medicare. You may repay a portion of the cost , but maybe not. Maybe you can return the chair of at least a partial refund and an order from another supplier.

Recently my friend brought a wheelchair for her mother he recommended me few sites which provide Medicare like spin life  because i want to purchase a lift chair for my grandfater, You can check them out they are having quite affordable prices. Hope it is useful.
