Insurance companies want to know approximately how many miles you drive each year to adequately assess risk. The more the unit , the greater the risk to the company .

If you drive to work 5 days a week , which would be 5000 miles , assuming 2 weeks vacation . We may also assume the vacation carry at least the number of miles you drive for a week of work
