Hello, My daughter , 24 , lives in New York, and has just started Medicaid health . Should I be concerned about the quality of care? ¿ I can update your coverage ? Thank you !

The quality of care is related to the provider - not sure.

Medicaid is health insurance . A program for low income and indigent funded 50/50 by the State and the Federal Reserve , which reimburses providers for treatment. To get Medicaid you have to be low-income and be in a particular category. She is fortunate to receive Medicaid in the first place. You should not complain about the quality.

State of New York offers Healthy NY , which most states do not. Now the problem is to find a clinic that accepts Medicaid. NY is pretty good in clinics and hospitals. I'm pretty sure she will not get a private doctor who accepts Medicaid. I used to go to St. Vincent -St or Roosevelt . Lucas.

No update for Medicaid . You can have hamburger or steak. She is receiving hamburger. You can get the long lines and wait times and having to sit in the waiting rooms of women having 6 kids screaming and yelling . And , waiting with a lot of other people who are on welfare. MedlinePlus MedlinePlus But at least it's free and the taxpayers foot the bill .
