u can get ur ur license at 18, but I can not drive until ur 16 and get a car registered in your name it will take about 21yrs

Your parents can do that for you with your insurance company. Register you as the main engine. But you can not do it yourself.

yes you can ... but remember that if your parents are paying your insurance or your're on your own, one of their names must be in the car ... but yours may be the first ... (You can own a car at 16, if you have a driver's license .)

Maybe, but your insurance rates will cause the clouds they will class you as high risk to age 18 . You may want to look into it and really think about it. good luck

It depends on where you live, and I think it's possible if you are paying by insurance and the monthly fees that come along with having a car. I think it also has much to do with the area / state / city you live in and .
