I know of no provision for deductible or coinsurance will be responsible if you change jobs . That though has to give credit for a prerequisite clause exisitng If an employer if you switch to another insurance company , then most give him credit I had a credit insurance deductible paid by the individual when they changed jobs. The case was an individual who was with the same company in the old job and had a choice of carriers in the new job. It's probably just do it to the people who were with them they have an option to go with another company to keep your business.
