Question about points on driving record?1buffalo2012-08-18 23:15:02
I have 2 points on my driving record in California from a DUI almost 3 years. I was recently involved in an accident in which he was beaten by a driver running a red light . The accident is being considered 100% because of an accident on my part. I am told by my insurance company I will not get a spot on my driving record. My question is I have an accident in my driving record for this? basically what I'm saying is GEICO ask their insurance forms to the list of all accidents in the last 5 years. I can not add to the list this accident ? If so my insurance go up, regardless of if I get a point or an accident?

Is there a way to find out what tickets I have on my driving record for free?0Flaming Spaz 2012-06-19 01:59:00
I only received a traffic ticket , for (presumably = / ) running a stop sign on my college campus . This bill is almost double payments on my car insurance, the problem is I can not remember exactly when I have it. I would like to know this, so I know how much time is supposed to affect insurance payments . It's been about 3 years, but I do not know the exact date. I can not find a record of it through the online system at my university , I do not know what else to try . I'm sure my insurance company will not fall after three years, unless I tell them , so I'd love to find this information. Also, since I got here ... is supposed to be 3 years that this type of ticket affect me , right? I'm in Florida , by the way , if it makes a difference .
