I am currently 17 years , and during the summer I got into a bit of trouble . I already had my license and a spotless record . Then I got in trouble , my mother took my license and told me it was completed. Is this possible ? And if so, do I have to go through having my license for 9 months, etc, etc

I live in Virginia if that helps.

If you already have your license , then she can not terminate it. If she signed a consent form for you to apply for a driver's license, then you might take before getting his license, but after that she can not do anything.

From its high , yes like everyone else mentioned above , the only way your license is suspended or revoked if the court does it for himself. If you can not find that go to the DMV and pay for a new license, which shall not be more than $ 20

Scott, you are entitled . You need your permission to drive the parents because they are the ones who are legally responsible for you . If you have an accident are going to be sued and has even been some cases where the father went to jail for allowing their children to drive.

She had to sign a form saying that she agreed to be legally responsible for what you've done while driving and all you have to do is go to the DMV and sign a form that no longer wants to drive and your license is gone. If you did the piece of paper you may have in your pocket is worthless .

A parent can go to DMV to suspend driving privileges of a minor. Parents are responsible for the actions of a minor and have the right to terminate the privilege to drive.

Not the only way I could lose or destroy your license is if the courts did not your mother

No, she can not finish your driver's license . However it can be removed from their insurance policy because of their age which is really the elimination of their right to drive your car.
