right on 24 April 2009 (date of incident) from a moped incident i got 6 points IN10 - driving without insurance . That was my provisional license, and I just passed my driving test and have received my full driver's license in the UK! what happens to my points on my provisional ? Also if you go to my full UK when I'm able to get insurance without having 0 points ?

These points count towards the totting up procedure April 24, 2012 ( 3 years )
They remain in the license issued to you for any reason until April 24, 2013 after this date can be sent outside the license to the DVLA to remove them.
All insurance companies will ask about them for five years , making it April 24, 2014 - no reason to try to lie, since they are about to have access to DVLA records to see these things on their
same .
As an insurance company will havce 6 points hav9ing no insurance - it will cost much style as they know they are one of the people who cause problems thenm both and all the rest of us honest taxpayers expense .
