There may be a grace period . Check with your local DMV office .
Not sure if you mean the written test or road test ..

Not at all just go to DMV and get a new liscense done. You just have to get a new image taken and a new liscense that's all.

There is a grace period for renewal of which will depend on where you live as long as you have to renew your d / l . Where I live is 5 years, but that will vary from place to place . You have to check with the DMV where you live to know for sure , but one . Simple due d / l does not automatically mean a new analysis

No, just re- take the test if you have received a fine from the time of issue of the license when it expires.
