I make a little over 30K a year, can I afford a $300 car note?0electra2012-07-24 01:41:02
My rent is $633 a month. My insurance will be over 150 dollars easy (I'm 21). I spend $50 on Cell and $55 Internet/Cable combined. I've done the math, but I wanted to get some thoughts from the peanut gallery. What do you think? I live alone, but I'm getting a roomie in a few months so that's great. Thoughts? The car is a Toyota Corolla LE 2010 with 30k miles. What say you? Or should I look for another deal?

Im planning to buy a 2008 ninja 250R but not sure if I'll be able to afford insurance costs.?1Oh baby just come to me- bye ery87 2012-09-24 07:19:02
Ok . I am thinking of buying a 2008 ninja 250R , but I'm not sure if I will be able to pay insurance costs . Ok , I went online to get an insurance quote from Progressive, but ended up with a budget of nearly $ 3,000 a year for a $ 3,499 motorcycle . I've heard I should get something called "full coverage" , but could not find any option that says "full coverage " while filling out the evaluation to generate my appointment. I live in Florida , never had any driver or motorcycle license in the U.S. before. Held a 5-year ago in my country, but not make a difference here. Will the Motorcycle Safety Foundation course before obtaining a motorcycle license and buy a motorcycle so that the cost of insurance will be lower (hopefully ). Any suggestions ? What insurance company is the cheapest?

How much can the owner of a commercial Insurance Agency expect to make? (in Year 1, Year 5, Year 10?)?1Stacey2012-07-25 19:15:03
Hi all, I live in Florida and am currently in my second year of law school . I am looking to enter the insurance business after graduation to build some kind of residual income. My potential partner and think of working with the agency and his father established in order to gain a better understanding of the business before branching out on our own. The agency established primarily focuses on personal lines ( auto, home , life) , but business is written by a few commercial businesses. We also provide the necessary software , cables, and training. Our plan is to get the license status of 20 to 44 so we can start to sell personal lines and 4-40 license that allows us to skip the course and get our license of 2.20 at 1 year (which then allows us to sell in general and commercial lines ). I guess this can be a low risk, high reward opportunity to start , during my last year of school, but would like to get get a little more insight on the opportunities and potential business growth insurance agency . Specifically, what kind of revenues we can expect to move on, which are the most lucrative business areas and reserves , warnings or advice you may have. Furthermore, I understand that this is an industry driven by the Commission and my ability to sell will ultimately determine the amount I do. I am looking for ballpark figures or past experiences that can give me an idea of whether or not the company can be profitable. Also I have 5 years experience in sales.

Will the US be able to afford to make military payroll?0A~2012-08-05 02:18:03
Will the US be able to afford to make military payroll? Additional Details In order to save the insurance industry --- Bush issued 700 billion saying that it would be sold in Treasury notes and then another 800 billion. ( Foreigners would buy US debt and the Treasury would pay interest on the bonds from the GDP) The Treasury got stuck with an additional 1,500 billion dollars in sales it had to make to pay back the tax payer who loaned it to them Paying back the tax payers LOL The auto sector fell apart --and they got a pittance compared to the insurance company .... but they did get a few billion Obama announced a trillion dollar deficit and the facade of paying back tax payers was dropped ( no one has ever explained how this would be financed) The fed --- has been buying undisclosed amounts of those Treasury bonds which amounts to monetizing the debt .... but a little double speak and a nice dance --- the public missed the importance of the announcement But not only did Obama announce a Trillion dollar deficit he guaranteed loans up to 2.27 Trillion dollars WOW -- an unheard of deficit of 3.27 trillion if you were paying close attention Obama as a representative of the government owns a lot of the insurance stocks because of buy outs --- The insurance companies can't afford to honor what they have sold -(Should there be a mass claim as there was about to be in the banking/real estate crisis) - The government will have to bail them out in some sort of government run health care or the health care insurance industry will be a repeat of the housing industry where banks were about to make mass claims That is right --- the insurance company for health care --- over sold itself -- They need a package to bail them out too .... They want the unseen misunderstood bail out -- they refuse to allow competition and so the easily led are making themselves known at Town Hall meetings ) With all of this -- and the 8th largest world economy (California) in the sink plus a thousand other economic and natural disasters How long will the US government be able to make payroll for its army and overseas military out posts ?

Can i afford $835 mortgage when i make $2000 a month?0bbbb2012-10-19 04:24:32
no down payment required, 30-year loan, can I can really afford this or would I be scrimping and saving every penny . I really want the house for a long term investment for my family , but this is too extreme? There is also a $ 1,000 mortgage in a different house . Any suggestions ideas? Currently I have a mobile home paying 35 700 a month for insurance. Also the 1000 or 1125 includes mortgage insurance owner association fees and all. Just FYI thanks please help ! MedlinePlus 16 hours ago - 3 days to respond to MedlinePlus . Additional details MedlinePlus Ok , so I went back today and they said there is a program that I could get to where I can afford right now and 1600 would have $ 166 taken off the mortgage brings home two floors down to $ 834 a month. This price includes fees of the homeowners association and everything else ! the program that removes the 166 would be permanent for as long as I live in the house . Now is that still bad or what? I have a sense of dread like to know if you think it sounds good or it can be granted . is a two-storey house 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms home LGI
