the damage was very minor ( had a hair -line scratch while my bumper has a huge , but not a big problem as we only paid 3k for my car ) . I told the lady ( elderly ) that I will not complain because they do not want my premium to rise due to the presentation of any claim . ( this happened in my previous fault accident two years ago ) that the woman filed a complaint against me! All my friends told me to just deny the accident and since there is no proof of anything , be denied by my insurance company . I did . Now my insurance company wants to come and take pictures of my car . I can not let an adjuster come to take photos ? Im afraid . I need advice , because the use of my friends was useless .

If you were not at fault, your premiums should not rise. If the lady has filed a false claim against you, I would contact the police. As an example: I had an incident several years ago where I was rear-ended. The gentleman promised to make good on the damages, and not wanting to cause him any problems we merely exchanged info and went our merry way. I called him later and he indignantly told me, " Why don't you just forget it? Your truck was barely damaged, mine was nearly totaled." I informed him I would be getting in touch with the authorities, and he quickly set about putting things right with his insurance company.
