It would be in the hospital records . If you're wondering whether those records can be accessed by an insurance company , it is possible , but extremely unlikely.

Most providers , including nearly all hospitals , and report all medical records to the Medical Information Bureau . All hospitals in my status report, but not sure about your hospital. All insurance companies in my state to check records before issuing policies .
