What is the difference between wc and health insurance?

besides the fact that workers' compensation covers you for work related injuries ... Also, if you have both, then you can get coverage for both? And if you have health insurance , can still sue the person responsible ?

Health insurance pays a portion of your expenses, minus whatever deductible they require. Worker's compensation insurance pays for 100% of your medical expenses if you were injured while working, plus it allows you to receive 2/3 of your regular pay until you are able to return to work. Neither has anything to do with lawsuits. That would have to be done on your own, with your own funds.
